This is my most comprehensive offering: a 90-day, fully personalized nutrition coaching experience built around your specific body, life, and the people you're feeding alongside yourself. Single Session

Virtual Cooking Sessions

For women who want to build real kitchen confidence

Cooking is a skill, and it's one most of us were never properly taught. These sessions are hands-on, practical, and completely judgment-free.

We cook together over video, in your own kitchen, with what you actually have. I'll teach you techniques, troubleshoot your obstacles, and help food feel less like a chore and more like something you can rely on.

Sessions can be one-time or ongoing, and tailored to your goals, whether that's learning five reliable weeknight meals, cooking for a sensitive gut, or just feeling less lost in your own kitchen.

Format: Virtual, 60–75 minutes

Investment: Single session: $195 · Series of 3: $525 · Series of 6: $975

5-Week Group Program

How to: Feed Yourself

For women who want structured support and the power of community

A small, intimate group experience designed to take you from overwhelmed and inconsistent to calm, confident, and actually nourished in five weeks.

Each week combines teaching, guided cooking practice with a professional chef, and real-world practices to try between sessions. The group is kept deliberately small, never more than 8 women, so everyone gets genuine attention and leaves feeling known, not just informed.

If you've tried to figure food out on your own and keep ending up back at square one, this is where that cycle ends.

What we cover over 5 weeks:

  • Week 1: Why nourishment has felt so hard and why it's not your fault

  • Week 2: Building a food rhythm that works with your real life, not against it

  • Week 3: Simple cooking skills that remove daily friction (taught by an actual chef)

  • Week 4: Untangling food-related fear, shame, and decision fatigue

  • Week 5: Creating repeatable meals you actually want to eat, no rigid meal plans required

A monthly membership container for continued practice, real accountability, and a community of women who are doing the same work you are.

This is not another program. It is a place to land and keep landing as life changes around you. Some months you will need more support. Some months, you will just need to show up and be reminded that you are not alone in this.

The Membership is open to graduates of the 5-Week Program and to any woman who thrives with ongoing light-touch support rather than intensive one-time work.
