1:1 Coaching + Cooking Support

For people who want personalized, ongoing support

This is my most comprehensive offering — a sustained, collaborative relationship built around your specific life, body, and challenges.

We work together weekly or biweekly to build nourishment habits that actually stick. Sessions combine gentle nutrition education, meal planning, cooking skill-building, and emotional support around food — because how we feel about eating matters as much as what we eat.

This is for you if you're dealing with:

  • Stress, burnout, or decision fatigue around food

  • IBS or anxiety-related gut symptoms

  • A neurodivergent household where feeding feels complicated

  • A desire to cook more but not knowing where to start

Format: Weekly or biweekly sessions, virtual Commitment: Ongoing (minimum 4 weeks recommended)

Virtual Cooking Sessions

For people who want to build real kitchen confidence

Cooking is a skill — and it's one most of us were never properly taught. These sessions are hands-on, practical, and completely judgment-free.

We cook together over video, in your own kitchen, with what you actually have. I'll teach you techniques, troubleshoot your obstacles, and help food feel less like a chore and more like something you can rely on.

Sessions can be one-time or ongoing, and can be tailored to your goals — whether that's learning five reliable weeknight meals, cooking for a sensitive gut, or just feeling less lost in your own kitchen.

Format: Virtual, 60–75 minutes Commitment: Flexible — single sessions or a series

5-Week Group Program: How to: FEED YOURSELF

For people who want structured support in community

A small, intimate group experience designed to help you move from overwhelm to calm, repeatable nourishment — in just five weeks.

Each week includes teaching, guided cooking practice, and gentle home practices to try between sessions. The group is kept deliberately small so everyone gets real attention and a sense of being known.

This program is especially helpful if you've tried to "fix" your relationship with food on your own and want a softer, more supported approach.

What we cover:

  • Why nourishment is hard (and why it's not your fault)

  • Building a rhythm that works with your capacity, not against it

  • Simple cooking skills that reduce daily friction

  • Managing food-related fear, shame, and decision fatigue

  • Creating repeatable meals without rigid meal plans

Format: Weekly virtual sessions, small group (limited spots) Commitment: 5 weeks
